Advantages of a simple gas generator:
- Convenient slag removal: QM-2 wet slag removal series gas generator can easily remove ash and ensure humanized operation as long as it is placed on a horizontal ground;
- Easy to operate: The coal addition time is displayed based on the gas outlet temperature without the need for experience;
- Easy to maintain: All furnace components are made of welded parts, and users only need one welder to complete the entire furnace maintenance on site. The maintenance time is short, and reserved maintenance manholes are available for maintenance personnel to enter and exit. All furnace maintenance work can be completed inside the furnace without disassembling the furnace body
- More uniform combustion: Strong slag breaking ability, ash residue can be evenly distributed along the circumference of the slag tray, and the coal seam can be uniformly moved downwards without uneven coal seam density causing different combustion states in various parts of the furnace (i.e. partial burning problem)
The basic working principle of a simple gas generator
Gas generators use smokeless particles as raw materials. Under the temperature conditions set in the furnace, water vapor and air come into contact with hot carbon to undergo a reaction. The reaction equation is simple as follows:
C+O2=CO2+Q(Heat)C+CO2=2CO-Q(Heat)C+H2O=CO+H2O-Q(Heat)
H2S+2NH3·H2O=(NH4)2S=2H2O
The waste liquid after desulfurization is discharged with the slag, firstly removing hydrogen sulfide, and secondly suppressing slag dust and uncleaned dust. Therefore, the emissions of the gas generator produced by our company fully comply with national emission standards and belong to environmentally friendly gas generator equipment.
